Directions :1. ฺBring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Then, add dried garlic and dried rice vermicelli noodles followed by meat or fish/meatballs of your choice. Boil until cooked. 2. Add morning glory, beansprouts and boil again until cooked. 3. Next, add Yen Ta Fo Sauce and mix together. Sprinkle with spring onion, coriander and chilli powder Turn off the heat, ready to serve.
