Thai Spicy Dressing with Vermicelli Glass Noodles and Dried Spices

Directions :1. Soak bean vermicelli noodles in water until soft and then blanch noodles in boiled water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Next, blanch prawns, squid or any meat of your choice. 2. In a mixing bowl, add the noodles and cooked meat followed by Thai Spicy Dressing and dried spices. Mix together. 3. Add 1/2 cup of spring onions, 1/2 cup of Chinese celery, 1/2 cup of tomatoes or any other vegetables of your choice. Mix it all together, Ready to serve.
