Directions :1. Soak the brown rice stick noodles in warm water for 25-30 minutes or until noodles have softened. Drain and set aside. 2. Place wok on a medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Once oil is hot, add tofu, prawns or any meat of your choice and stir until cooked. Push to one side of the wok. 3. Add the noodles to the wok, add 1/2 cup of water and stir until noodles are cooked. Add dried onions, Pad Thai Sauce and stir together. Then, add 1 egg, bird chilli powder, beansprouts, Chinese chives and stir all the ingredients together. Turn off heat and ready to serve.
