Pad Thai Sauce with Charcoal Rice Stick Noodles

Directions :1. Soak the charcoal rice stick noodles in warm water for 25-30 minutes or until noodles have softened. Drain and set aside. 2. Place wok on a medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Once oil is hot, add dried onions, tofu, prawns or any meat of your choice and stir until cooked. Push to one side of the wok. 3. Add the noodles to the wok, add 1/2 cup of water and stir until noodles are cooked. Add Pad Thai Sauce and stir together. Then, add 1 egg, bird chilli powder, bean sprouts, Chinese chives and stir all the ingredients together. Turn of heat and ready to serve.
