Directions :1. Heat up 1 3/4 cups of coconut milk. Add dried spices and bring to a boil. 2. Add 300 g of chicken/prawns/fish and 1 sachet of Maepranom Instant Tom Kha Paste. Leave to simmer until cooked. 3. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Then add 2 cups of mushrooms and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Add lime juice to taste before serving.
