Directions : • In a pot, boil 1 cup of coconut milk. Add 200g of chicken/prawn/fish with 50g of Tom Kha Paste. Leave to simmer until the chicken is cooked. • Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Then add 1 cup of mushrooms and add lie juice if desired. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and fresh hot chillies.
