Directions :1. Mix coconut cream powder with 1 cup of water. Stir until powder has completely dissolved. Set aside. 2. Place a wok on a medium heat. Add Thai Masaman Curry Paste, dried spices and gradually add the coconut milk. Stir together until fragrant. 3. Add 200g of chicken or meat of your choice, 1 cup of bite-size potatoes and stir together. Add any remaining coconut milk, followed by 1/2 cup of bite-size onions and bring to a boil. Then, add 2/3 cup of water, stir well and leave to simmer on a low heat for approximately 20-25 minutes until potatoes are cooked. Turn off the heat and serve with steamed rice, roti or bread of your choice.
